Intrepid International Rubber Hoof Pick with Brush

I particularly like the brush that’s on the hoof pick. That was a smart move for this company

Like some other reviewers, I bought this tool for cleaning my boot treads out. I work as a roofer so my boots treads get full of tar, glue, and other crud which badly affects the grip. This pick has done a great job clearing the accumulation from my boot treads. It is just the right size to fit into the treads, comfortable to hold, and the brush is useful for cleaning loose detritus so I dont track it off the roof. Highly recommend one of these for anyone who wears boots to work.

Great hoof pick. Works well for goats, donkeys, and horses. The bristles are coarse enough to remove debris but not cause the animal pain.

I gave this item a one because I couldnt advance to the review without selecting a star. The first time I used the pick, on the first hoof, the pick itself broke right out of the handle! Returned the few I purchased, along with the broken one, for a full refund. Ill continue shopping online but through reputable equine suppliers.
