Intuit TurboTax Home & Business 2018 Tax Preparation Software

I love this product. I hired a tax service for 35 years to do my taxes for me, and I was charged $250.00 for their service. My tax service went out of business so I decided to give a shot and do my own taxes for the first time in my life and I am now 64 years young. I first did my taxes online for free with Turbotax, and I was very happy to see just how easy it was for me to do. The online version walked me through the tax process with such ease. I decided to buy Turbotax for home and business and see if I could get the same results, and I did. I did my taxes with the PC version and it was so easy to do that I cant say enough on how good this program is. After I was done I filed my taxes electronically through the program and it was a breeze. The best part is I got my refund so fast my head spun. I tell you, folks, you will be very happy doing your taxes with Turbotax, as I am. Love it,love it, love it. George...

I use this for my LLC, I havent had any issues with Turbotax. I use them every year.

I ordered the CD version which did not load. Messages to the seller went unanswered. I had to contact Intuit directly to get their software downloaded to my computer.

Easy to use and worked exactly as advertised.

The sleeve and the box both came broken. And the disc also had scratches on it.

Audit Defense is a mirage. Try getting any help when you need it. Turbotax customer service is abysmal and abuses its phone system to wear its customers down and give up on getting the benefits promised.

Tech support excellent

I have attempted to load software on my desk top and laptop IP address issues is preventing completion of installation. I am not IT savvy. Reviewed Turbo Tax Community other listed same issue with instructions. That did not assist me I do know enough about computers to attempt work around. I used Turbo Tax for years and never encounter this problem.
