    Was able to install and work on the taxes but when filing online it asked for confirmation number which the disk or the package didnt have thus was in a situation to have to pay for it directly with TurboTax.

    The sleeve and the box both came broken. And the disc also had scratches on it.

    It said it could handle C Corporate taxes but it just files within your personal taxes. Wasted my money.

    I have attempted to load software on my desk top and laptop IP address issues is preventing completion of installation. I am not IT savvy. Reviewed Turbo Tax Community other listed same issue with instructions. That did not assist me I do know enough about computers to attempt work around. I used Turbo Tax for years and never encounter this problem.

    Was trying to purchase a 2019 (current tax year) software, but was delivered an unused 2018 disk (last years program). Had to return it and order the copy I needed from OfficeDepot.

    I ordered the CD version which did not load. Messages to the seller went unanswered. I had to contact Intuit directly to get their software downloaded to my computer.
