Bad quality and Inadequate description

These broke after 2 uses it didn’t charge my iPhone 12 Pro Max and the seller just totally blew me off with no explanation or resolution and Amazon did nothing at all to uphold their buyer protection policy as usual, so basically don’t trust this seller or Amazon to protect their consumers!
