This label maker is extremely easy to use. Once you download the app to design your labels, it’s ready to go. Different size paper to print the labels too. The only bad thing I have to say about this is that a full charge doesn’t last terribly long. I had a ton of labels to print for a work project, and had to stop half way through and charge it again. Also, if you keep the extra labels and cord in the case, it has a tendency to turn on the label maker, which could be why it died so quickly.

So far, I have loved this label maker, my toddler has as well. I ordered this to use for work and school and it has been very beneficial to have. It has helped me be able to organize my school supplies and studying material much better. It has also helped me be able to label items for work and put instructions on some items. My son has also loved using it. He thinks its magical that we can make him a sticker with it. He absolutely loves watching us make the design on our phone and then seeing it print out. It brings him so much joy. This label maker is very easy and quick to use, once you get a hang of the app. The app could be a bit more user friendly, and that is why I gave it 4/5 instead of 5/5. It can be a bit tricky figuring out how to use the app and aligning the design just right. I would recommend practicing with a few different designs so you can get used to all the tools and options in the app before making an important label. The app doesnt take too long to figure out and get used to if you practice with it a little bit. I love the case that comes with the label maker. It makes it very convenient to take on the go while also keeping the cord and paper organized. It comes with 3 rolls of label stickers in various types which is super helpful.

I received a case with two rolls of labels and no label maker. The package was sealed. I can’t do anything with 2 rolls of labels.

I really like the label maker and it was easy to use the app to print out a ton of different labels. I marked it down a few stars because the label paper doesnt stick to items and peels off. I spent a ton of time labeling my items to only have the labels fall off in a month and now I need to redo it. I am hoping I can find replacement paper that has a better adhesive to it as I dont want them to be so easily removed. If you want peel and stick that can be repositioned or easily removed though this will be perfect for you. This just wasnt what I needed for my use.

Had high hopes for this item, but unfortunately, it arrived without the label-making machine, just the tape and protective case!

My last label maker recently broke so I was in the market for a new one. I had heard of the brand Niimbot before and I liked that this label maker was controlled by an app and Bluetooth instead of completely on the unit. These are way easier to customize than navigating complex menus within the onboard units. In the box: The package I got came with the printer, a USB-C charging cable, three label refills (2 white and 1 clear), a carrying case and the instruction manual. One of the three refills was in the printer already. Setup: Set up for this label maker was very easy. Once you download the app from either the Apple App Store or Android Google Play store, it will prompt you with a video on how to connect the printer to your phone. Following the video, the printer took me less than 20 seconds to connect. The printer does come with some charge but you will want to plug it in and fully charge it before using it. Use: Using the app is very simple. After you load the paper, the app automatically recognizes what kind of labels you inserted. This is very handy because you can purchase several different kinds of labels that have symbols on it and the app will recognize and set up the label image for you. It shows you a display of the label and similar to many word processing softwares, there are several ways to manipulate the text such as justification, font, bold, italic, etc. When you have the text in the position you want, you just push print. When finished printing, the app will ask you if you want to save the template of what you printed for easy duplication of the print style. This is very handy if you have a large printing project and need the same layout for all of them. The printer paper is a series of labels of a predetermined size. The size of each label in my bundle is about an 1 1/2 inches in length. You can purchase several different kinds of labels with fun pictures on them and even longer lengths if you desire. The negative to this is that you have to purchase multiple rolls of label paper if you want different lengths as opposed to traditional label makers with a single long sticker that you can cut to size. Conclusion: From set up to printing to the final output, the Niimbot label maker is extremely easy to use. The only downside that I see is the need to purchase several different rolls of paper depending on the lengths you need. But on the flip-side, Niimbot does give you several options to customize your label printing. I am very pleased with this label maker and if you are in the market for a newer style Bluetooth label maker, this is a great option.

This is a nice little printer, heres what I liked and disliked: Compact....this is super compact and fits nicely in a drawer. Once you are set up, easy to use. Typing your labels into an app is simple and offers a measure of customization. I had 3 rolls of labels included with this printer which will keep me supplied for a few years. Cons: Once my labels run out, am I going to be able to easily replace? If I need to create a label that is larger than the provided labels, I am out of luck. I didnt really like the instructions, frankly, I thought they were poorly done. I thought it was easier to just learn by trial and error....which only took a few minutes. Anyway....this is a nice printer that should make organizing our home a little easier.

App for this label maker was very easy to download, instructions for use were clear, quality of the label maker exceeded my expectations. I was able to print small labels within 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

When I first got this I was impressed with the quality of the printer. It is compact and comes in a nice case with two extra rolls of labels. I like how the setup was straightforward. It took about 5-10 minutes to get it set up. There is a bit of a learning curve with using the app and positioning the words. Once you know which settings to use its easy to start printing different text formats. There is no ink needed for this device however, I found that specific fonts make the text look faded on the label like it is not fully opaque. On the app, you would have to slide the print density slider all the way to the right before you hit print. Overall great product and I have turned into a label-happy person.
