Greater than one weekThe bag came in yesterday and it came in with the wrong Velcro piece on the part that holds the pins. Super disappointed. It doesn’t hold up half the heart in the bag because of the defect.

11-06-2025Found myself with a lot of blue outfits on this Disney trip, so I changed out my pins to match the days. Get compliments on my purse EVERY time I carry it. And there is plenty of room inside for my essentials!! FY I , The one I purchased is the square purse with the heart insert on the side. For that purse there is a separate zipper for the heart insert for the pins. It makes it super convenient to be able to change the pins out, and they are not exposed to the contents of your purse.

> 3 dayThis is such a beautiful bag with just enough space for the necessary, yet it has something it bothers me a little. When I put the pin board inside the bag, the lock pins are exposed to the contents inside the bag, making them vulnerable and have a risk to break or reap your stuff, so be aware of what you store inside the bag.

> 3 dayThis bag is really cute but I was very disappointed in a few things for one it was smaller on the inside then I was hoping for. And the straps are really annoying the dont site right on my shoulders and they just clip on so the straps are really slippery.
