This stand is very stable having a heavy wide metal base with a stick on pad for quiet movement and to not scratch up floors. It has several attachments to accommodate most types of cameras or phones. The goose neck is tight with good movement. It allows you to basically position a camera anywhere close to the baby without actually attaching the camera to the crib. The price isnt bad either considering it is all heavy gauge metal so 5 stars.
