The top was very loose and there was shampoo everywhere. Inside the plastic covering, inside the paper bag it was in............what a MESS! And this shampoo was expensive and I got nowhere near a full bottle. It is that hard to check to see if the top is tight before shipping? Never again will I order this. What a waste of money.

I really cannot say enough good things about this shampoo it is the best thing I have ever used. Leaves my frizzy wavy hair silky smooth in combination with the conditioner and a leave in. I have tried using other shampoos because this stuff is super pricey but I keep coming back because literally nothing compares. I really hope they never change this formula.
