The hinges are sturdy. I use to buy Dollar Store glasses, but no more. These cost about $3 a piece and will out last the Dollar Store ones at least 10 times over. They are more comfortable and feel like the ones I have had from the optometrist.

She likes having a different colors she’s that kind of person, she said they’re comfortable and she can always find a pair of glasses having five pairs.
