> 3 dayYou are traditional when it comes to body soap. You like Ivory. But Costco doesn’t sell it, which baffles and irritates you every time you check (because you know Costco’s inventory changes and you are an optimistic and traditional). The largest single amount sold by nearest store is a four-pack. This almost makes you laugh. What good are 4 bars when your family uses them up so quickly? How, you may ask? You know it is due to your teenagers and thus the truth will never be disclosed. But still you wonder why did you find one bar in the middle of its useable life broken into 12 chunky bits on the tub floor and who had the maniacal means to do this while showering? Why did you notice the impression of another bar, this one nearly brand new, on the bottom of the trash bag as you emptied the garbage? And why isn’t a kid emptying the trash instead of you *again*? A bar gets used to a splinter in record time and you again wonder: Did the same maniac use something to cut it into splinters after chopping up the earlier one or are both teenagers maniacs? (In your heart, you know they are, but parental denial, like Ivory Soap, floats.) Are they experimenting with Ivory Soap bars? Eating them? Using them in some unspeakable puberty-related way that you can’t even think about? No answers are coming, only more questions as you step into the shower and realize once again that only a thumbnail-sized bit remains to clean your overly large middle-aged body. You howl into the void and then buy this package. Tons of bars for the lowest price per bar you’ve found. So many bars that a few may remain after the teenagers have aged and been released into the wild to make their own way, with their own soap and bathroom trash. That hope is brighter than a brand new bar and bigger than the scraps of soap in your shower. It’s not everything, but it brings a bit of peace to one of life’s soapy challenges.

> 3 dayIt’s ivory soap, ya know. It does lather well and rinse off cleanly. And I was using it to take care of my tattoos because there’s no scent. You get a lot for a good price!
