These book bags last well beyond one year of use! I will continue to buy them. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I had purchased a J World bookbag with wheels for my daughter when she was in the fifth grade. I lasted perfectly through the battlefield known as elementary school. When she went to the sixth grade, her school would not allow bookbags with wheels, so I went back with the J World brand and I couldnt be happier with the decision. The bookbag hasnt experienced any pocket tearing or zipper problems. We will use it this coming year and, because she needs an additional bookbag, well order another J World product.

> 3 dayI never write reviews but this one deserves it. I ordered this backpack for my 6 year old in SECOND grade. I placed my order July 26 and it was delivered July 29, my son started school August 10 and it is now September 8 and we already have a ripped backpack with a return window that closed after only 30 days. My son only carries a folder with a few sheets of printed off work for the day in his bag and a water bottle, nothing else. He’s in second grade so he’s not toting around heavy books with him, I could have gotten more use out of a cheap Walmart backpack than this $35 one. Amazon customer service was also zero help in trying to resolve the matter. Save your money.

Greater than one weekMy tween LOVES this backpack. We replaced an owl print one for a navy blue. Both of them lasted over a full school year. Very well made. Great value for the price.
