Jacquard Indigo Tie Dye Kit (Mini) 2 Pack

I dyed some fabric using this product in a Indigo Dye Class. It was easy to use and worked great. Product arrived promptly and in good condition.

We had a tie dye party and the indigo held up well for 2 days. I would recommend this product.

Got this kit to use at my 50th bday party. So easy and fun!! People had a great time and I cannot wait to do more! We also got some longer gloves, rubber aprons and watch some videos from the company prior to dying.

If you want to get into most dyeing hobbies, you’re looking at a relatively steep investment in dye, mordant, resists and instructions. Aside from the fun-but-mediocre Tulip tie dye kits, this Jacquard “mini” indigo kit was my first foray into dyeing. It is still the kit I buy for true indigo shibori projects. Everything you need to mix up a 5-gallon bucket of indigo dye, which will last quite a while as long as you use a bucket lid. I love modern fiber reactive dyes for so many reasons, but for shibori there is nothing that can fully replicate the nuance you get with indigo.

I have ordered this product several times to do shibori tie-dye. It makes enough for a 5 gallon bucket and a whole classroom full of kids to each dye a tee. Excellent product.
