Great sun hat and very cute!

This hat has all the best features of baby sun hats and I highly recommend it. 1) adjustable size - so it lasts more than 1 season. I purchased the 6-24mo size and was able to cinch it down to fit my 3 month old just fine. Don’t waste your time with the smallest size. 2) wide stiff front brim - so it doesn’t flop in your baby’s face and annoy them, and it keeps the sun out of their eyes and off their face. The hats that have a front brim like a baseball cap don’t reliably keep the sun off the side of the face; this brim does. 3) floppy long back neck flap - protects their neck, back, and shoulders from the sun. Also lays flat if they are resting their head back in a seat (other hats that have a stiff brim in the back flip up in the front of the head is rested back on a surface) 4) chin ties with adjustable slider and safety breakaway buckle - so the hat stays on in the wind or amidst movement. The adjustable slider is key because it’s super easy to use, much easier than tying a bow, stays in place and doesn’t come untied, and isn’t as bulky and annoying to a kid as a bow. And the safety buckle in case the strap gets caught on anything. 5) 100% cotton, in adorable prints! 6) sturdy and easily washable. This hat gets worn and dipped in a chlorinated pool on a weekly basis with no discoloring or fading. It has also accidentally blown across the yard and landed in mud, and came out looking like new after being tossed in the washer. There is only one feature it doesn’t have - air vents in the top. Frankly it doesn’t need them because it’s soft breathable cotton, and it has all of the other best features of sun hats!

This is the best Sun hat ever!

My daughter hates hats or wearing anything on her head. But she hates the sun in her eyes more so she tolerated this hat on our recent beach trip! This hat is SO cute and fits nicely. It adjusts to diff head sizes and the chin strap helps keep it on. It blocked the sun perfect and she looked so cute with it on. She only fussed with it a few times and kept it on the rest of the time. I’m so happy with this purchase!

I, personally, really like this hat. It seems good quality and design. Thus far, my daughter refuses to wear it though. :(

This is our go-to hat. It travelled all the way to Portugal and Italy with us. It was extremely hot (we were there most of July) and we had zero sun burns. This hat has been in the sea, pool, and lake. It dries nice and quick. We through it through the washing machine when we got home to clean it, and its still going strong. Love this hat!

This hat is perfect for a toddler who hates hats. It stays on and has great coverage.

Great hat for my toddler - not sure it would fit every 12 year old. The strap release is a double edged sword as my daughter can just pull it off. Love the wide brim and extra coverage. Im not 100% sure it is UV50 as ours is a light cotton in texture and colour. Print is pretty and looks very sweet on.

This hat has an adjustable crown in addition to the chin straps! So exceeded my expectations as to sizing (its adjustability makes it useful for years!!!), Beauty, and material, as well as workmanship. Superior product!!!!
