I think scotch has better quality but when you are moving you go through so much tape. Would recommend

I had to use tape for a project in an air tight container, which can’t be opened once it’s closed. I ran out of the tape I was using and ordered this one. Everywhere I used this tape, it came apart.

I used to buy the 3M 6 pack locally but this 18 pack is cheaper and quality is really good for packaging.

Heavy duty

I ship 5-15 packages per week in my personal life, and have shipped thousands at various jobs I have had over the years. I found this product to be quite a let down. I usually use Tape King for my cheap tape needs, but it was out of stock when I needed something ASAP, so I tried this based on reviews. I find this Jarlink product seems thinner than its spec would indicate, which leads to using more per package. It also has a stretchy, elastic property to it that I do not like, and it does not apply smoothly-it wants to crease. Clarity is poor as is typical with cheaper tape. It sticks to itself better than anything else, so I end up wasting a bit every time it rolls over onto itself on the dispenser. I would not suggest this for anyone that ships packages regularly.

great product for the price!

I’ve used this tape for at least a year never had any problems but last 2 batches the quality is so low it won’t stick and it’s so thin I can not use this tape on my packages anymore .
