> 3 dayStarted using this toothpaste and stopped using fluoride and stopped having cavities. Didnt change any other habits but my toothpaste and havent had a cavity or tooth problem in over 5 years now. Im not a doctor and can only speak to my own experiences with using this product. Every year I would have at least one cavity until I stopped using flouride toothpaste and understanding exactly what Flouride is, what it does, its chemical make-up. There are super informative documentaries on Flouride and theres good reason why communities refuse to use it in their public water. Do your own research and be an informed citizen. The toothpaste, its been sort of a miracle cure for my mouth since going away from flouride toothpaste. Even my dentist told me I shouldnt be using this toothpaste even after I told him I havent had any cavities in 5 years. Thats when I really started to do my research into why I would stop using something beneficial to the health of my teeth. Im sure every mouth is different but it definitely changed my teeth for the better. No more shots or drilling and the natural ingrediants leave my breath feeling fresh.

Greater than one weekThe universe saved me from looking like a rabid squirrel! After using Dr bronners for years I wanted to try something different. I was looking for a little more breath freshening and maybe something that makes my teeth feel a little cleaner. After some research, I decided to try this Jason toothpaste. I ordered, it arrived, I began to set myself up for some tooth brushing and put the regular amount that I use of Dr Bs on the brush... And it fell off into the sink. Something told me to use less when I saddled up a second time and boy-howdy am I glad I did because good Lord the foam! I definitely wasnt used to that, so lesson learned. I really do like the flavor and once I got used to the foam I would say this brand is what I was looking for. Ill be ordering again.

> 3 dayAfter using store brand toothpaste for my entire life, I really wasnt sure what to expect. 1. Smell - I was actually surprised how fresh the toothpaste smelled. It was minty, but fresh minty... not like the artificial mint smell in other toothpastes I have used. 2. Taste - It tastes great, once you get used to it. I say once you get used to it because I of course expected the overpowering mint taste that the store brands had. When I didnt get that, it sort of felt that this toothpaste wasnt as strong and subsequently wasnt as good. However, after a couple days I got used to its suitableness and I definitely prefer it now! Its not as powerful tasting as the store brands. Some of the store brands mintiness can be so strong it creates a slight burning sensation in your mouth. This toothpaste does not do that at all, it is a more subtle naturally fresh tasting mint. 3. Feel - It has a similar dexterity as the store brands and goes on your toothbrush the same (looks the same). The paste feels the same when you initially start brushing as well. However it is a bit different feeling after you start brushing. The foam it creates during brushing is a bit thicker feeling than the store brands. I really dont know how to compare it but the store brands foam seems very thin and is watery when you spit it out. This toothpastes foam is thicker and has a bit more texture. Kind of like when you add some flour to a liquid, it is still liquid but a thicker consistency. I honestly didnt care for this at first but after a few uses I barely even notice. 4. Cleanliness - My teeth feel just as clean with this toothpaste as they did with the store brand toothpastes so no qualms there... I guess well know the true result when I go to the dentist ;) 5. Going Back - Okay, so after using this toothpaste twice a day for two weeks I accidentally grabbed one of my store brand tubes one morning (I have since thrown them all away to prevent this in the future). After brushing my teeth with the store brand my gums actually burned. The burning sensation lasted for quite a while and my gums felt a bit tender the majority of the day. Im not sure what that means and whether it is a good or bad thing against the store brand but in my mind it was probably all of the unnecessary chemicals in the store brand toothpaste that caused this. 6. Overall - As I mentioned it took a bit to get used to since I was so accustomed to the artificial nastiness of the store brands. However after getting over that I can definitely say that I will NOT be going back to a store brand toothpaste again! I absolutely love this toothpaste and it makes me feel good that my family, especially my children are no longer going to be using harmful toothpaste products. I highly recommend.

> 3 dayThis is my favorite toothpaste so far. I have tried Colgate, Aquafresh, Crest, Toms, TJs, and maybe other? I am not a person who likes to bleach my teeth at the dentists office, actually, if when I can go without help from any chemical ingredient, the happier I get. The result of me using this toothpaste is : 1) It does not irritate or soak away the outer layer of skin from the cavity of my mouth. Yes, the toothpaste from common known brands would leave my skin thin and unhappy. 2) This toothpaste actually whitens my teeth without much effort. Dont ask me how, I am not even done with my 1st tube of this toothpaste, and I get to see my teeth in color I have not seen for years. Yes, I am way past half of a century and I dont ask my dentist to bleach my teeth. All I can say is I look at my teeth when I am driving because I just am in awe of what this tooth does for my teeth, in awe.....

> 3 dayI have tried about 5 different toxin free tooth pastes and they just do not clean your teeth - this one does! And it tastes great! Cant speak to the whitening capabilities, as I dont really notice a difference but that wasnt why I was going for this paste anyways.

> 3 dayDoesnt have a strong cooling & fresh aftertaste/feeling so it seemed like I wasnt getting a deep clean as arm & hammers fluoride-free toothpaste at first, but it does clean & whiten teeth as much as any other. Probably will go back to arm & hammer though just because of the psychological trick that a slight burning cool feeling most toothpaste leaves means a cleaner teeth & mouth, even though I know it doesnt really.

Greater than one weekIf you want a wow results on whitening- it is not the best. I don’t smoke, drink coffee 3 times a day, and saw no difference! I felt it is leaving stains on the sink and didn’t like it… In general is a good toothpaste, but way overrated.

> 3 dayI dont know why a toothpaste maker wont simply take a common name brand type of recipe and remove the fluoride, and sell it. Thats all I want. A standard toothpaste but without the fluoride. It seems the price we have to pay for getting rid of fluoride is being forced to endure whitening or have crap like tea tree oil added or a myriad of other useless ingredients. Since my Equate brand (antiplaque & uncle whitening) has disappeared from the shelves, Im forced to try other brands and so far they all suck, including this one. Terrible, lingering aftertaste. Will not buy again.

> 3 dayI post this for anyone who, like me, prefers Not to wake up to a mouth full of sweeteners like a kid binging on Halloween Candy. Whole Foods does not carry this one anymore at the store, and the gel version does not taste the same and is more sweet than this paste. Bon appétit.
