    My fault for purchasing refurbished. Although I’ve had good luck with other refurbished purchases, this time I got burned. Battery doesn’t hold a charge and Bluetooth randomly and frequently disconnects even in very close proximity.

    The product switches off automatically every 30 mins and is not willing to start unless its hooked up with the charging socket. Need a replacement or will return the product.

    I’ve had mine for 2 years now. I was nervous buying it with the known battery issues but I’m glad I did. Yes, the battery decreases over time but not drastically. This little boom box takes a lot of power to push out the awesome music. I constantly have people comment how good it sounds and how small it is. Sounds better than bose and much louder. I recommend you buy the extra warranty that covers free battery replacement. I got 2 great years and just now sent it in for a new battery. Totally worth the 7$ for the extra warranty. Love this speaker!!
