JBL Flip 5 Portable Waterproof Wireless Bluetooth Speaker - Black Camo

Theres nothing that I disliked about the product but what I did like was that I could put it underwater for a very long time. Even more than 30 minutes. Thats freshwater.

I bought two of these and I regret it Every time I have them in party mode they dont work correctly. Its sounds like it skips the music. Its only when Im far away from the speakers that they work like theyre supposed too.

This little speaker packs a punch!!! My husband received his first one as a gift and takes it everywhere and loves it. Bluetooth connect, long battery life. He liked it so much when the one he had at his office died, he insisted on another one of these. The sound is amazing!!!!

Should have taken a closer look at the reviews. Main reason I purchased this was to create surround sound in my apartment and connect with older JBL speakers. But party boost speakers wont connect with Connect+ speakers. I dont imagine making them compatible is terribly difficult but JBL probably got greedy. I will be sending this back and wont recommend it. Shame, I own the Flip 4 and Charge 4 and was excited about adding a new one to my collection.

Three of these we have now…. Easy Bluetooth connectivity, big sound in a small package. And they seem to hold a charge for a long time too.

So, 100 days after purchasing this for my husband as a Fathers Day present, it quit working altogether. It wont charge, it wont turn on - DEAD. So, I called JBL. They will only replace and warranty it if they sold it. Since Amazon sold it, we were told to contact them. Amazons multiple customer service reps were so very sorry but they wouldnt replace since it was past 90 days (despite the warranty supposedly on the product from the manufacturer). So, now I have to go back through JBL and try to get them to replace it. So much better to just go to the source initially and cut out the RIDICULOUS middle man. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS FROM AMAZON!

Loved the sound and the volume is enough to be heard over the engine noise of the truck, but even at 60-70% of max volume I only get 3-4 hours of play time out of it. Im considering buying a second or third speaker to make it through a full shift. It makes me wonder what volume they have their speaker at to get the 12 hours of battery life indicated in their product description.

This a great indoor speaker. It performs decent outside on a tennis court while you are skating but dont expect a whole lot outside. However indoors, the bass is impressive while the quality of sound is crisp and lovely as well.
