As promised a boost in energy. They are strong start with one. I drink 2 energy drinks a day and 4 cups of coffee and one pill hit me just right. Warning start with one.

Perfect for a caffeine boost without the calories of coffee or energy drink. Each tablet contains about the caffeine content of a mug of strong coffee. My one big complaint is they don’t have a score (a line to evenly split the tablet).

Good coffee substitute. I try to swallow whole and avoid tasting, as all/most caffeine tablets taste bitter to me.

I often use these instead of a morning cup of coffee. If I start getting a lack of caffeine headache, it is easy to break one in half and get rid of the headache. I love this brand and the shape of the pill. It is easy to swallow and the dosage is just like one small-medium sized coffee. Perfect!
