I was looking for a product that would help deter ducks from swimming in our pool. I read numerous articles and tried 4 or 5 different items but nothing worked. The ducks were enjoying our pool more than we were. It was like they were family! So I read an article to try the alligator float. So far I can honestly say it has worked. We tied a weight to it so it would not blow away. It has held up extremely well. The product has not lost any air in over a month. If you are using the product to try and keeps ducks out of your pool I would recommend you try this inflatable.

Decent for simple decor, not durable at all

Why do I need a blow up gator? BECAUSE. This is the best!! I love it and I would keep it out always if I had room. It inflates well and easy. We used him for a pirate party and will take him to the beach next summer. Obvs we will have a leash so he doesnt get away.

Will definitely bug again. We couldn’t figure out how to keep the ducks out of our pool….did some research and learned that inflatable alligators or snakes could work so we went the gator route. Best decision! We haven’t had ducks back since putting the gator in the pool.

This was a great addition to our party decorations for a Florida theme!

Not sure of durability for pool play. A bit too shiny to be realistic close up. Excellent to shake up neighbors around a medium size pond. Makes me laugh.

We purchased this solely as a detterent for duck guests who started visiting the backyard everyday and pooping in the pool. The ducks still drop by every few days to check for bird seed in the yard but they have not been seen in the water and there has not been any poop in the pool since adding the float 10 days ago. The float looks very life-like especially as it glides across the water with the breeze.

I bought this little crocodile to try to keep geese and ducks out of my pool. it’s really cute and I love the flashing red eyes, but it’s not that good at keeping things out of the pool. It is sturdy, no inflating necessary and looks like an alligator, a baby alligator. it is very small, maybe 36”, and sometimes it gets stuck in one of the pool and outlets. I’m still glad I got it but I’m going to have to find something else to keep the geese away

Nice looking small inflatable for fun, not for scaring ducks from pool
