I typically don’t write reviews but this product I am very disappointed in. I purchased the purchase in May 2019 and the strap completely separate from the purse last week. Where the strap connects to the metal ring just separated and I am not able to carry the purse.

You’re advertising the purse I purchased has gold tone hardware, it doesn’t it has silver. This makes me angry because my son bought me Michael Kors shoes that has gold tone hardware I purchased this purse to match the shoes!

For Christmas, I had bought this same bag for my wife at Dillards. I then saw it on Amazon for half the price and ordered it, thinking I could save a few $$$.
