I got this as a joke gift for a friend of mine for our visits to the zoo. Even though shes a fully grown adult, she is super skinny and was able to still wear the backpack. We just use the wrist strap function more. You can lock the childs side so they cant take it off. The only real downside is that the bundle cord clips to the childs wrist piece, so if the child knows how to operate the clip they can still get out.

Such a cute backpack, my baby is 15 months and we use the backpack with the leash on our walks outside, has enough space for his bottle of water and a snack. I didn’t have a chance to wear the wrist brace yet but I can tell it’s good material and also really cute. For me, the length from the leash is adequate because provided distance but in a safe way. I highly recommend this product for parents out there who wants your little one enjoy outside time in a safe way.

Love it look adorable and works well. The only thing was the wrist attachment my 2 year old can undo it herself so I didnt use that part just the backpack leash!!

This penguin toddler backpack is perfect for taking my toddler on walks. It’s so difficult to keep on eye on her while dealing with the dog at the same time. The penguin design is adorable and the backpack straps are comfortable to wear. Best part, it helps keep her close to me at all times. It’s nice to have the 4 different ways to wear it too.

Okay first off 10/10! She loved the backpack and it set more ease to my mind she could be more independent without holding my hand. Yes we did get looks but I didn’t care it was better than her getting lost or my worse nightmare someone taking her. She carried around her snacks and drinks like a big girl. Totally worth every dime!

This JIANBAO Penguin Toddler Backpacks with Leashes is a great way to keep your toddler from running off to try and join other families. We use it for our 17 month old when going places where she cannot have free reign to run wherever she wants. Overall, it has been great and there are some smart safety features such as the key that locks the toddler wrist buckle (if you were to use that). Our biggest complaint is the stitching on the parents arm loop. It doesnt go all the way over to the edge and leaves a little tab that gets caught in the strap adjuster (see attached pictures). We finally just superglued this piece down to keep it from catching in the strap adjuster. This seems like a design oversight and something that was annoying until we fixed it. This is the only thing keeping this from being a five star product.
