I just needed a simple corded mouse that had good optical tracking and could be used by a lefty. This is as good as it gets for the price. I ordered a second one to have as an emergency standby at work!

My daughter asked me if she would be able to control the colors on the rainbow mouse... make it a solid color for example. I told her that for a $9 mouse that its unlikely and near as I can tell, I was correct. No big deal. It looks cool, tracks well, and works on a Mac. Why try to control a rainbow anyway? Five-year-olds and their hubris. sheesh.

Left click, the thing I use a million times a day, has a very stiff click that requires more effort than I like.

It works perfectly, seems to be pretty durable and the color changing part is cool to look at.

Bought this for my son to use at school. He says he likes it and it works well without a mousepad.

This mouse is great! Works well and the colors are awesome. It is slightly bigger than the standard mouse I replaced but feels more ergonomic and comfortable. As some others stated, the colors do not shut off or go to sleep, they are always on.

I had a previous mouse that does a beautiful rainbow color change. I expected this mouse to do the same, but it does not. It changes between several rather dull colors, but does not do a rainbow color change. Disappointed!
