I purchased this to fix a mistake. A couple weeks earlier I had purchased a suction mount USB camera from Amazon. Though the camera itself was fine (though not worth the $30 it cost), the suction mount stand was beyond useless.

It is simple, useful and not for professional use.

There could be more tension in the height adjustment

I meant to rate this higher, but accidentally got mixed up with rating the original stand and this superior stand. This is excellent compared to the stock stand that comes with the microscope!

I needed this device for my microscope camera to allow me to more easily adjust the focus in small increments. This device is the answer to my need.

Seems well built and stable. We shimmed digital microscope camera with thin rubber sheet for good fit.

Although the stand that came with my Jiusion microscope was fine, I wanted a stand that I could adjust higher for bulkier items. This holder worked perfectly. The little legs on the bottom keep it stable on my table and I like that it can be adjusted easily. I should have ordered this when I first ordered the microscope. Its better than I expected. Im highly satisfied.
