I received the mailbox which has not been opened because it is a CHRISTMAS gift,it will be opened 12-28-13, the deer mailbox ornement, was in perfect condition, and it was what I expected it to be. This is actually my second one of these. The first one got hit by a truck with a long trailer attached. The original mailbox help up well but did incur some cosmetic damage, so the trucking company reimbursed me to replace it along with the broken wooden post. Its a nice sturdy mailbox and not only works well, but looks great too.

It was a gift. He absolutely loved it. It was as descibed. Good size mailbox. Great bright colors. Should work fantastic.
