Johnson Level & Tool 175-O Orange Post & Pipe Level, 4 x 5 x 9, Orange, 1 Level

I bought this based on the description claiming it was made in the USA. there is a label on the back that says made in China. There were a couple other options that did acknowledge they were made in China that had magnets for securing to steel pipes for about the same price. Now I am wishing I had chosen one of them instead.

Worked well for installing fence posts, but rubber band broke fairly quickly. No big deal to swap out for a new one.

Not great on the metal posts I was using them on. Still had to use hands to read the level.

This is a terrific tool for leveling 4x4 posts. Used for a fencing project and typically use two levels which came be clumsy when back filling the hole with dirt and cement. Did 12 posts in 1 day wirh I had when doing the 8 foot posts

Awesome Tool

Use the rubber band to stretch around the post head, and youll know how far out of level you are.

A must for any DIYer doing their own deck. A must for leveling posts.

It either works or doesnt, and it does for me. I especially like that its a hands-free operation so you can move the fence post around as needed with 2 hands to get the post into position while working by yourself.
