The powder feels like original J&J with talc, obvious its not cornstarch. The scent is much stronger. I compared with real J&J, the original has a light fragrance, these have a stronger scent like a bit of citrus and flowers. Not overpowering but a bit annoying.

Feels the same. It is talc not cornstarch, but the smell is a little off. Maybe a tad bit too strong at first

Works as well as the original J&J that they wont sell anymore.

I wasn’t happy a few years ago when J&J stoped selling its talc powder, the lawsuits seem to be yet another lawyer driven scam. If there was asbestos in J&J powder, I’d have died of lung cancer long ago! Anyway, this powder has a very strong fragrance, much stronger than original that I used for 40 years. Way too much smell for my liking. Too bad. Regards. Ned.

This is what I have been looking for. Not the one with cornstarch. I wanted talc. And this is it. Love it smell. Love how it applies. Will definitely be buying again.

I have loved Johnsons Talcum Powder for years. I dont like the newer baby powders with cornstarch. Im not trying to make sweat puddings on my body! I know why talcum powder is no longer allowed in the U.S. but as long as you dont put the powder down there, I dont see where it is harmful. Just keep it away from areas where it doesnt belong and I also dont breathe in the talc dust.

While this powder is intended for personal body use, I use it to powder bicycle inner tubes. I got it now while I could still find it. It is talc, a natural mineral, which doesnt turn into slimy, sticky paste if it would ever get wet like body powders that might have tapioca flour, rice flour, cornstarch, kaolin, or arrowroot powder. Kaolin is a clay, and flours are good for craft projects, but talc is insoluble and helps the inner tube move around freely in the tire carcass, especially when changing inner tubes for any reason, such as after getting a flat tire. I powder my inner tubes and carry them in a plastic bags when biking to ready for anything.

It doesn’t seem to be all the original was, but it’s better than the alternative.

Received a week after order. Two 500g (1.1 lb) containers in original wrapping. Made June 2021, expires May 2024. Manufactured in Thailand by Johnson & Johnson. Sprinkled it on and can confirm its the powder Ive used since childhood. Back in talc! My wife is very happy, too. Sure wish J&J could make it in the U.S. again.
