Johnsons Baby Almond Oil Paraben-Free, Phthalate-Free, 14 Fl Oz

I havent used this for a baby, I use it for me. I like to put it on after I shower, it leaves my skin very soft and smells wonderful. I also use it sometimes to take off the makeup on my lips and eye shadow, just use a little amount though.

This oil was hard to find in stores so I was so happy when my daughter found it on Amazon. It smells amazing on me. My daughter uses it on my grandson as well

I use this after a shower when my skin is still wet and my skin feels fantastic! My skin feels hydrated and soft all day long. The scent was not over powering which is always nice.

I decided to try this because I love the smell of almond oil but not the price, and I did not mind if it was largely mineral oil. Unfortunately, it does not smell at all like almond oil, nor does it smell like the usual J&J baby products (which is a smell I do not mind). It has this cloyingly sweet flowery scent that makes my eyes water. I really do not recommend it.

Applying a few drops of this after bathing works well to hold in moisture. I don’t think the small amount of almond oil included in the mixture leads to different results from plain mineral oil, which is the primary ingredient, but the fragrance is nice. The almond scent is definitely noticeable, but it isn’t overpowering and doesn’t linger. I have fairly sensitive skin and haven’t experienced any irritation with this product.

I’ve got extremely dry skin and in the winter my skin gets even worse; so, I’m always on the lookout for new products to help prevent and improve the problem whatever it is. So, when I saw this almond oil product from a well-known and trusted brand, I knew it was worth a try! You should always consult your doctor / specialist / dermatologist before using any new oils, supplements & vitamins and should stop taking if you feel any adverse reaction after its use. Make sure to read the labels carefully and only take the recommended amounts suitable for your situation. I’ve heard some great things about different types of oils which are good for overall skin health. I’m intrigued at the benefits of almond oil; and as the product description states, it locks in up to 10x more moisture on wet skin than dry skin. The bottle is nice, see-through, durable and strong with the Johnson’s brand well labelled and ingredients, directions of use clearly described. So far, I’ve been applying this to my skin after showers, and my skin feels rejuvenated, smooth, moisturized and less itchy which means less irritation. The oil absorbs well and gives the skin a nice glow. The verdict is still out as I’ve been using this for a few days now and still waiting to see whether there’s any significant & prolonged change. The oil has a lightweight viscosity and you only need a tiny amount as it thins out when rubbed in. When you apply the oil, it distributes evenly and hydrates, moisturizes and nourishes as it absorbs into the skin to provide a nice healthy shine! it’s a little tacky like oils normally are and has a faint fragrance that’s not over bearing, however disappears over time. I’m hopeful that this will provide the benefits described and make my skin better over time – watch this space! Overall, this almond oil is easy to apply, is reasonably priced, and has some promise. I love this baby oil the smell is like heaven

This oil is light and has a wonderful scent.

This Johnsons Almond Oil for Baby and Adult Skin, is one of the most useful items in any household, specially during winter for protecting ones skin from the extreme cold. It is great for multiple uses, from keeping a hydrated skin during winter, to taming dry and curly hair. Just a little bit of it rubbed between my palms and applied to my long mane, and I can comb it easily and stylish it. And my hair looks shiny and silky as if I had used one of those fancy hair treatments. It’s great for the whole family, and I like that it has a mild and nice scent. It hydrates and protects skin with a mild scent.
