Very disappointed, its a roller ball dispenser that scrapes over your face, dry! Nothing came out, no oily balm as shown. Made me feel angry and ripped off.

Paula, there is a plastic cover on top of the product, just careful lift it off and you are all set. This product is wonderful. I have very dry sensitive skin, this really helps.

It does what it says it will do. Like it very much
