After receiving I took them all outside and shook them out really well and was able to get rid of most of the strings. However there were still strings the day of our event. But they were great and worked well for us.

Bought for spirit day for my daughters class. Just what they needed

Shed tiny threads that gets into your nose when you breathe. I had to throw them away.

Had a party of around 15. Everyone had one. The only thing I will say is that it did leave some type of hairs on the clothes which is fine but a lot of people were covered in them.

These were good quality! The only downside was that they had a stench to them when I took them out of the packaging. I Febreezed them until they were wet and let them sit to air dry for a day and they ended up fine.

Maybe it was just my pack, but these things shedded like crazy and could not be used for guests. However, I did use them around my stair railings and windows for party decorations and they looked incredible.

These were an amazing buy-- no two are exactly alike! All different. So many compliments at our Mermaid Tea Party for them. Just watch out for the loose threads when you open the package, which could be very messy. I opened it and shook them outside, after reading the reviews, and there is a lot to shake off, but its not a problem. Everyone loved the leis. So cute. Perfect for adults and children (colors for both boys and girls).

Great value for the money. Only complaint is they shed little pieces everywhere.
