None of the suitcases come with keys. The smallest one wouldnt reset or unlock after following the exact same process as with the other two suitcases. The distance m dustings say to just use any tool that will fit in the keyhole but even then the lock doesnt turn. Garbage product.

I used the large suitcase for a two week trip and Im missing a wheel, each side have two wheels so I currently have 7 vice 8 wheels. Im hoping this review will help me get in contact with the vendor since I cant seem to find a way to get in contact with the vendor. I just dont want another wheel to break off of the suitcase.

I do like the color and the maneuverability of the luggages. However after one use in our Asian trip, one luggage caved in at the bottom near one of the wheel and the second luggage cracked at the bottom corner that the wheel was almost detached to the luggage. That’s too bad because I really love these set of luggage. I wish they made the hard cover stronger. .

Received luggage without the 6-piece travel set. The description said the is a 7 piece set.

Luggage was very sturdy for our family trip to Ireland! Loved the color, it was so easy to spot in baggage claim. Loved the bonus extra black bag and packing cubes! Great value!

I’d say this luggage is decent for the price and quantity. I’ve used it once and I like the design and maneuverability. It’s not scratch resistant but I blame the airlines for throwing my stuff around like a rag doll. I’d definitely recommend!

You can’t beat the price for the product. I travel for work a lot and this luggage was purchased as a temporary solution for a trip after my last bash broke but it’s lasted much longer. I travel all the time and have even leant the bags to a friend to borrow as well. My items are always safe inside and never broken. My only wish is that the carry on size expanded a little bit. Overall, LOVE these bags.

Looks good. But it is NOT as advertised. Only the suitcase was shipped. The clothes organizers were not included as advertised
