    This was the most difficult of the 8 JVH puzzles I have done to date but like all the rest it has playful scenes, very tricky cut points and pieces that fit perfectly. Virtually all of his puzzles can be done without resorting to try to fit this blue piece to that blue piece which always seems to me to be a lazy way to design a puzzle. These puzzles are not inexpensive but they are worth the price.

    Im a big fan of Jan van Haasterens puzzles. However, this is not his best. The colors are washed out, and the artwork seems hastily done. I would recommend starting with a different one, such as The Kitchen; or, my favorite, The Park.

The garden centre is the title of this Jan van Haasteren 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle and, as with all of his illustrations, you are sure to find this puzzle extremely enjoyable while laughing at all of the individual illustrations. The finished puzzle image captures a recognisable scene at a garden centre, but as with every Jan van Haasteren puzzle, not everything is going to be Plan with characters and situations that many of us would all find all too familiar. To give you a taste of the humour in this puzzle, you can see the policeman still hunting for the robber but as they close in one someone, the real robber is digging his way out of trouble again, while groups of men gather around the latest gardening tool, and groups of women rush to the special offer stand, and not forgetting the familiar face of father Christmas shopping for his Christmas tree! if this small taster of the illustrations in this 1000 piece puzzle sounds like your cup of tea, then don’t miss out on the fun of piecing this puzzle together because there are many more hilarious illustrations to be enjoyed.
