This J5 - W Tablet is a super bargain and all around great tablet with great construction weight and quality. The price and accessories included cannot be beat they include a screen protector, mouse, keyboard and case. I am not technically inclined but with this tablet there are no worries. I had the tablet up and running within a few minutes. The quality of pictures and the video are really impressive. I had no problem streaming or performing any other tasks needed. The battery is long-lasting and charge time is minimal. This is my second tablet by this company and I will continue to be a supporter and buyer of their products for life. May I also include that their customer service is beyond compare. I have never had such a good experience with customer service at any other company as Jusyea☺️ the service is a plus and customer service is so helpful and extremely nice, truly a jewel in todays time. The customer service is one of the great pluses of this company along with their high quality items. I really feel that you will not be disappointed in purchasing any of Jusyea products. To sum it up great products, awesome prices and beyond compare super customer service. At this time I have had no problems and love everything about the tablet.

I got this for my daughters birthday after doing a lot of comparisons with other tablets on the market. I absolutely love this set up! She is very crafty and wanted to be able to download apps to do her drawings which is why I wanted an android. Im able to set up all the parental controls to keep her off of the internet if needed and I have it set up to notify me of her activity. She also has the kindle app so she can read books. It does everything a laptop would do, but more! The battery life is long lasting and I was very impressed with all of the accessories it came with. I love that it is so compact but does everything we need it to do. Highly recommend for busy parents who need something to use while at sporting events or for your teens that are asking for a laptop!

This tablet has been excellent so far. The screen is nice and big, set up was easy. Its simple to connect the keyboard and mouse. The app game I like to play loads so much faster than on my old tablet. My partner has been using this tablet to do video editing with Splice and it loads the program well, moves really smoothly and hd video looks great. Were happy and would purchase this again.

I mainly use my tablets for when I travel. The initial tablet I received did not allow me to download apps I use while on vacation. I contacted Jusyea and they worked with me and provided me with another tablet that lets me download all of my necessary apps. I worked with Amanda on their team and she is very nice and responsive. Now that all of my apps are downloaded, I am looking forward to my next vacation.

I love the Bluetooth keyboard that comes with it, but it cannot be stored with the device itself, so travelling with it is difficult. It would be fine if you only used it at home on a desk. I suggested to them that the mouse should also be Bluetooth, but no, it requires a receiver dongle which plugs into a type A USB port. This has only one USB port, a type C, which must be used to charge the device, transmit files to and from, etc. So I bought a Bluetooth rodent to use with it. I could not convey to whomever responded to my email, that having a Bluetooth mouse was important. They acted as if I was too stupid to figure out how to connect the mouse that they supply with it. I do like the screen, but I could not read the manual, even with my glasses on, and I asked if there was a downloadable pdf manual, but they did not even bother to respond to that. So I have had to figure it out as I go. Not fun. And I had problems downloading files that probably should have been included in the first place. The screen is bright and sharp enough to watch movies on it, but the sound is not up to movie quality, so Bluetooth speakers would have to be added. Overall, I like the product, but several things need improvement, and their responses to my inquiry were woefully inadequate. I got it on a black Friday deal, and it seemed to be by far the best value, but recently I have seen units with more capability for less money on Amazon--especially more storage space, but I have not tried them so I cant speak as to their quality.

I absolutely loved this tablet! I watched videos every day for just over a year. It has for its price both value and performance. No complaints there!

This tablet come with all the stuff you need to be productive. I bought another tablet from these guys and I preferred the location of the charging port, SD card location and power port on the other one I got but this one on the inside is the same.
