These hooks worked great for hanging a 240V/50A extension cable across my garage ceiling. The cable is a little under 1 in diameter and fits in these hooks perfectly. They are plenty strong as well.

The vinyl coating is nice. Even with pre-drilled holes the hooks twist and bend fairly easily when screwing them in.

First thing in the plastic come off easy and when you twist on it hard it breaks

I used these to install several sets of string lights in the backyard. These work great to help protect the cords from wearing and also to keep them taught. They made hanging string lights much easier and the black vinyl matches the cord, so you dont really even see the hooks. Thumbs up from me. Price is pretty good as well.
