When installed i got a message that subscription ends in 2025.

This product took control of my pc. I could not go to web sites when I opened my browser. Maybe it was me but I have never had that problem before. I called the phone number listed and was told that I was out of the call area for that number. What? Then I did the chat and was told that it would cost me a dollar to assist me, but I would get the dollar back after the chat. What? I immediately uninstalled this product and will be returning it for my money back. It could have just been me, but I would like to speak with a help desk when I have a problem.

4/3/23 - Physical Delivery - It was easy to install on my laptop. But, for our Android phones, which are Galaxy S22 Plus phones, it takes a lot of time and its a lot more complicated trying to get it set up and to work. After 2 hours and 5 scans - When you open the app - Still getting message Your Device Is Not Secure Even thou the app scans the phone and tells you no malware detected.. Been trying to call for support, but even after 4 hours of trying, the line is always Bussy ! Thats why I gave a 1 Star rating for now. Up Date 4-12-23 Still no support!

It wasnt easy to install off the card , you have to have some computer knowledge also in order to get it stall right
