Purchased this to use on a small desk for with an ASUS MB169B+ Full HD 1920, 1080 USB Portable Monitor as an additional monitor for my existing 15.5 laptop. Perfect size and height, sturdy and well balanced. Raising the monitor off the desk allows space for a notepad or work papers. Comes with a travel bag!

It exceeded in anyway what I was thinking. First of all the materials and construction are very solid, not affraid to put the heavy tablet and see how is bendig to front. I have a samsung galaxy tab s6. It has its own puch to keep safe and travel, highly recommended

This tablet stand is sturdy and rugged. It features a simple design and is made mostly of aluminum. It is very heavy for its size. This adds to its stability and since I dont plan on carrying it with me that is fine. The hinges are stiff and require two hands to adjust. This is good since it will prevent it from moving when you use your touchscreen. I bought with the intent of heavily using the touchscreen and it suits this purpose well. You can easily click on the screen without any worry of it tipping over with an averaged sized tablet on it. The brackets at the bottom are quite large and could probably hold a thin laptop with the keyboard removed or folded. Only downside I can see is it might night hold most phones very well. Although at the moment I have my iPad air, a small Samsung tablet and smart phone all sitting on it at once.

As an artist who uses his iPad+Apple Pencil, I need a stand that can be adjusted but also doesnt recline due to hand pressure. This fits the bill nicely. A lot of other reviews mention how firmly this stand holds its position, and theyre not kidding. You really need to use some elbow grease to adjust it, but again, thats perfect for my purposes. If you plan on using your tablet as a mobile art station, this is a good choice.
