The adjustment is stiff, and can sometimes a little hard to adjust BUT i like the sturdiness of this stand, once set it will hold..

This stand is solid and adjustable! It is stiff and so adjustments to height, angle, etc. require two hands - but it stays adjusted until you change it. Far superior to any stand I’ve tried in the past.

I do credit card processing and I place POS systems for merchants. I purchased this for one of my merchants who was very unhappy with the stand that came with the POS system for her iPad.
