> 24 hourWe have two pottettes, one for each car, and they are a wonderful help for any car trip with kids. I have two kids, 3 and 7, and both use the Pottete on a regular basis. The bags are a wonderful concept and as long as you dont poke a hole in the side or anything (which is difficult to do), they do a great job of sealing up the liquid components. The absorbable pad was a fine size for my three year old daughter when she was 2-3.5. I think thats about the age the liners are designed for. But now that she is almost 4 the pad doesnt always do the trick and we have more liquid than is absorbed. The pad is rarely ever large enough for my 7 year old. Its fine because we can tie it up and it doesnt leak. Both of my kids are camels and wait till the very last minute so thats part of it, but I do wish the pads were a little larger. The packaging has a very sticky flap used to close the package. Its nice because you can reseal the package But be careful when you pull out a liner that it doesnt get stuck on the strip as that has sometimes ripped my bags.

> 24 hourSee our review under the Blika folding toilet seat. We made a urine-separating camping toilet for use in a pop-up privacy tent. See photos showing the Potette liner held in place with bungee balls, small Velcro straps, and a two-loop piece of elastic. The funnel at the front takes the pee into the 1-gallon jug. The bag is used for #2 only when we have a gut rush and might not make it to the campground john.

> 24 hourMy son was potty training and we had to go on a 9 hr roadtrip so while searching for ways to make the process more smooth and to avoid taking him to public restrooms I found these. We simply brought his small home potty (it has a bottom part and a top that you detach to dump out) and when he had to go we would stop at a rest stop, place the bag over the seat part of the potty, then dispose of the bag. If you are in a similar situation, I would recommend practicing at home for a few days. We practiced for two days and even then he was a little hesitant/weirded out by going potty with a bag over the seat at first. The bags have a small absorption pad inside which is a huge plus.

> 24 hourI ordered a potty that is VERY small (kind of doll sized… but folds up great for carrying in my purse!). This potty: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B088FMY1BQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_NTY73R3PKM5DVY419WVX?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 The bag seems to fit perfectly though I haven’t used it in action yet. But I think it will work great in a pinch!

> 24 hourIt solves nearly every potty training problem you can imagine. Its wonderfully portable and the liners are (now) biodegradable. They are a tad on the expensive side, but Ive found them to be worth it. Other types of bag solutions (grocery bag with pantiliner or wad of paper towels etc.) will work in a pinch, but nothing beats these for convenience and quickness and reliability (many plastic grocery bags will often have unseen holes). I saw someone say that the perfumey-smell (of the absorbent pad) was so strong it gave her a headache but I honestly never knew they were fragranced until I read that. I put it right up to my nose and got only the barest whiff. So...dont know about that... Definitely go for the bulk pack though. We dont go through many just during the normal course of life, but on vacation recently, we went through a dozen.

> 24 hourI ignored the advice of some parents that you dont need one of these potettes because your kid will hold it for a few minutes or whatever. I dont think its fair or reasonable when your child is mastering potty training to put them in a situation where they dont have access to a potty when they need one. And there are always going to be such situations. My issue with these bags is just the price. The bags themselves work great and my tot seems to have no problem sitting on the plastic bags rim on the potty. But just when you think you are escaping the expense of diapers...! I dont agree that you can use grocery store bags because they have tiny holes, and a friend of mine warned me that they had an embarrassing situation in a restaurant once because of that. These bags have no holes and of course they fit and absorb well. But having ordered a pack a couple of weeks ago, I was shocked to see that the price has risen by three whole dollars. Phooey! they were expensive enough already. Now they are fifty cents per liner!!! Something tells me they cost a whole lost less to manufacture. Try other websites and see if they work for you (even where the price is lower, theres shipping to factor in etc).
