> 3 dayBought this to replace one I had in the car for many years. This is a nice slim profile. It is easy to store, set up, and use.

> 3 dayThe good: along with the bags this is perfect for traveling with a potty training toddler. The bad: when using on toilet it doesn’t stay in place, it’s dangerous as it can move around. Overall I only use it as a stand alone potty not on a regular toilet seat. It’s easy to set up and convenient.

Greater than one weekThe seat is actually smaller than I expected, but that makes it that much more portable. I got this seat because it had the part for boys, unfortunately my son wont sit on it on the ground. He prefers to sit on it on top of the actual toilet. Thats a nice feature that this can be used both ways. I gave it 3 stars overall because I still havent figured out how to position it on the actual toilet so that there isnt a big mess, but it does prevent my son from getting pee all over me and it makes him feel secure on the toilet seat, even if I have to clean the area around the seat afterwards. It is definitely much more portable and convenient to travel with than the foam seats that dont fold up and the fold up ones dont have the lip for boys. I would recommend this seat for traveling while potty training especially for boys.

> 3 dayI was excited to get this training seat as we are just starting to toilet train my 2yo son. Upon initial review it seems nice. The seat comes with 3 insert bags and a thicker plastic bag with a drawstring for storage when on the go. There is no hoop/hook in the seat to hang it anywhere. The seat can be turned around so the pee guard is in the back if that’s more comfortable for a girl. Once I actually got to using it - I quickly found out that this item is a safety hazard! The seat slides around a lot! The legs lock in place to use in portable mode but there are no grips on the bottom - so it slides around. When folding up from portable mode it’s not easy - it’s locked into place pretty tight (which is good so it doesn’t fold while being used) but this means I have to “man handle” it to fold it - which after a training toddler has used it- it’s not going to be very clean. When used on a toilet seat it slides around a lot. When I went to put my son on it - it slid - making it difficult to get him on the seat correctly - if I would have been rushing to get him on I would have been peed on. If he would have tried to climb up and to it himself it would have been very difficult. While my son was using the seat he leaned forward to get off. Because it has no grippers the seat flew forward with him on it and he fell off the toilet seat. If I hadn’t been right there he would have hit the floor! For this reason I think this product is a safety hazard and no one should buy it.

> 3 dayWere loving this portable seat so far. Its definitely a game changer if you go on road trips, or out of town often. We live out in the country, so pretty much every drive is a long drive whether we go shopping or to visit friends. Plus its a long drive to bring our Daughter to my Parents house. This thing is easy to use. Its pretty compact, doesnt eat up much space in the car at all. Seems pretty durable so far. We like it, our little girl hasnt had any issues with it yet. So wed recommend it.

> 3 dayThis is a cute little potty seat that would be great for stops on the side of the road, camping, or anywhere a bathroom wasnt easily accessible. Pros: It is very sturdy, the bags have an absorbent pad, the bags mean no messy bowl to clean up, it has a built in pee-guard, and it has the capability to be free standing or used as a smaller seat on top of an adult toilet. Cons: It does not fold up very small - I wouldnt want to put it in my diaper bag as a seat to use for emergencies when we are out and about. The travel bag is just a thick plastic bag, not a deal breaker but you would probably want to get a drawstring bag or something if you were going to be using this a lot. It only comes with a few bags, you could probably use a regular shopping bag but it wouldnt have the absorbent pad. The bags go over the seat, I havent tried this feature with my little one yet but I have a feeling he is going to be playing with the bag and pulling on it rather than focusing on his business. Without a bowl there is no way to use this without a bag, unless youre going to go au-natural and let it fall to the ground (ew). Last but not least, I found it difficult to fold the legs in after it was put in free-standing position.

> 3 dayThis is the absolute best travel potty for my toddler for when we travel or go camping. It is durable, easy to clean, very light, and folds up very compact. Weve taken it camping with us multiple times and just set it up as a standalone potty so he can go to the bathroom around the campsite. Its also really easy to use on a toilet and stays on the seat just fine, very sturdy. I just took it in our luggage recently on a plane trip so that we could use it where we were staying and it worked great for my toddler. Really cant recommend this enough for any toddler potty needs. Its durable, sturdy, lightweight, easy to take anywhere, and is perfect for any toddler.

> 3 dayWe all know little ones have small bladders. We all know there arent too many easy and convenient solutions for women who are traveling to find a place to tinkle when theyre stuck out in the middle of nowhere or traveling between places. My family has encountered this problem numerous times, and numerous times, the Potette Potty and Toilet Seat has saved the day. My wife and daughters have all used this thing multiple times during road trips where we couldnt find a restroom quickly enough, and each and every time, weve thanked our lucky stars we had this thing around. If youre a smaller woman (my wife is only 5 tall) or little one (boy or girl), this thing can be a godsend! It can be a stand-alone emergency toilet OR a toilet seat cover to be used in some questionable public restrooms where cleanliness isnt a priority. If youve ever encountered a situation where the wife or kidlets had to teetee badly with no restroom in sight, get this. Youll be glad you did.

Greater than one weekOur Grandson is coming for a visit this summer and we’ll be traveling a great distance to pick him up. He is currently potty training so we ordered this to try. Kalencom Potette Plus Premium 2 in 1 Travel Potty can be used as a stand alone potty in a quick Road Side emergency or put on a regular toilet seat at a Rest Stop or Service Station. It has easy-grip handles and the fold down legs lock into place for stability. The trainer ring has a built in splash guard to keep from making big messes, plus it’s very simple to use with the liners. It folds completely flat when not in use and has a carry bag to put it in. We’ve tested it here with our Grandson the same age also Potty training and believe this product is a must have for anyone who may have to go on a trip while there Child is potty training and so glad we’ll have it next month when we go.

> 3 dayWe wish it was slightly bigger but it still works great for traveling with our 4 year old son. I wouldnt recommend setting up the splash guard close to or on the actual plastic part of the toilet seat as the potty seat is not the same hight all around. We did it at first and it didnt go well. Now, we set it up in the center of the toilet seat hole and there havent been any accidents since and its been great. Easy to clean also. It can be used in 2 different ways but we only used it on the toilet so far. We dont really have any complaints about it.
