I used this to add a seal around my HVAC air returns, to mitigate a whistling sound caused by air seepage around air filter frames. Its sized well, cuts easily, sticks to metal, and holds its shape well enough to provide the air seal I was looking for. As Im using it indoors, I cant speak to it being waterproof and UV resistant, but for my purposes its working out just fine.

Nice weather strip. It has a nice strong adhesive compared to most weather strip.

The KAPOOSY Foam Rubber Seal Tape is a great product for sealing gaps that lay flat to each other, such as boards or plates. The 1/2 inch width and 1/8 inch thickness make it ideal for preventing moisture or insects from getting in through the gap. The rolls are well-packaged in a plastic bag and separated with wax paper to prevent sticking. Adhesion is strong, making it an effective solution for draught exclusion and weather stripping. Overall, a good product that deserves five stars.

This foam has a squishiness similar to that of the craft foam that kids use for projects. It isnt like the open-cell foam that can be squished down to almost nothing. So keep that in mind when sizing for your project. The adhesive backing seems strong and should work on most surfaces. Im using this on some PVC windows that have never correctly sealed. Im glad I got the 1/8 because any thicker wouldnt have squished down enough to close easily.

After a lengthy battle with a large gap between our double front doors, I wish I had tried this seal first. The tube and bulb types didnt work, and the adhesive often failed. I decided that a foam-based seal might do a better job. This one is made of what seems like a good quality closed foam. The adhesive backing is strong and sticky, making the application quick and easy. Ill revise this review if problems occur. However, Im optimistic it will hold up even through seasonal weather changes.

Sticks good easy to use. There are so many different things this molding works for . I use this for anything that needs a small soft molding . Very easy to use cut to size remove backing and stick . So easy . It stays in place does what it should . I have not had it issues with it not working it hold up to prolonged use . This is good molding and works well

The foam stiffness is just right, making a perfect seal. it sticks very well, just make sure the surface is clean. Installation is simple and easy. I need to get more for my other windows.

Easy to peel roll, they stick on a prepped surface. I actually had to stack these and could do so with no problem. Seems sturdy

My moms back door seemed to have warped in some way from the rain and was exposing a large draft on the side of the door and at the bottom. I applied this strip easily by peeling back the adhesive strip and sticking the strip onto the sides of the door and at the bottom. This completely sealed the drafty leak she had, and it also is still able to open and close easily. I love that this came in a two pack so if I need to I can use this again.

I got this to help compliment the drafts that come from our Aircon, but I mostly used this thin white kind to border the metal, while I used the thicker black kind on the actual Aircon and I think both help compliment each other, the white keeps the metal around the window from being too cool while helping prevent the edges of the black foam from having as much gapping. Happy with it and it sticks and works well imo!
