I had to scrape some of the adhesive left behind on the metal that I stuck them on. This may have been my fault as I left them up for a week. Yes I would recommend this product.

I tried to take it down carefully to hopefully use again in the future with tape. I like that it came with two panels. I think I will double it the future for a fuller look.
