> 24 hourMy cockatiel had zero interest in this clipped upright in his cage. It was taking up a lot of real estate in there, so I took it out and put it on top of his cage. He eventually started chewing on some of the toys, so one day, I tried getting him to step on, and he did! Previously we had no options of being able to move him from point A to point B. He must have suffered some sort of trauma from his former home. This has allowed us to slowly include him in our daily activities. Now he gets mad if we don’t have time to take him downstairs to breakfast. When we wake up and open his door, he goes right to his “magic carpet” in anticipation of coming with us. It’s also allowed us to get him to start hanging out with us when we’re relaxing in bed watching TV. He has chewed it quite a bit, so we’ll be buying another one shortly.

> 24 hourThis is a fun toy for my Sun Conure. I know it wont last in one piece too long, but all the elements this contains are enjoyed by him for awhile. It would be nice it the sea grass make up of the majority of the toy was more durable so that way it would last longer.

> 24 hourI have a cockatiel and a parakeet. If you have a larger bird than theyll easily tear this apart and it wont last long. They love this toy, and whatever is left of it (they tore half of it apart over the past couple of months).

I bought the toy to give him more to do. He loves it. He will hang from every area of it and tear it to shreds. When this one is gone I will buy different designs but by same maker.
