I received the product super fast with the regular shipping. I was a bit disappointed due to the Velcro falling off of the closure to one of the pockets the first time I opened it. For $20 I expected far better quality. Overall the product is just OK.

The actual size of mine is 10x 13.3. Not 13x13.3. My laptop barely fits. The zipper will probably not hold up. But not worth the trouble to send back.

The most perfect bag I could have bought for my laptop. Super soft inside and the print on the outside is cute and vibrant. Well made and the dimensions are spot on. I love the added pockets to keep my cords and other things safe. Its a soft bag, so its not going to protect your laptop from being dropped or squashed or anything like that.
