Kaytee Clean & Cozy Natural Small Animal Pet Bedding 24.6 Liters

So it is probably my own fault for not double checking the product before I bought it, but I THOUGHT I had ordered aspen shavings for my breeding rat colonies. However this crap came instead, and looking back, somehow they did a switch on me right before I paid. Anyways, this crap comes and I cant really wait for a return and replacement, so I use the stuff. It DOES NOT CONTROL ODOR AT ALL!!!! I am very disappointed. It gets piled up beneath the water bottles and ends up causing the drip to run steadily, soaking the bedding thru and thru and then it attracts maggot flies and well, the clean up is horrific. This product is HORRIBLE!!! I do NOT recommend if you dont want to spend extra time cleaning it up. I am currently waiting on my aspen shavings to arrive and I will get the last of this crap out of my life for good.

We use this for our hamster and it absorbs well. We change the cage every 2 weeks and it does not smell and is easy to clean.

I always buy Kaytee bedding, but this is junk. The odor was terrible. It was dusty too. The quality has gone down.

Between Kaytee Clean & Cozy White and Natural bedding and Carefresh, my Syrian favors the white bedding. It is very soft and he likes to bury himself in it when he sleeps. The natural bedding is rougher and not as snuggly soft for my guy. I like the compact packaging it comes in as I live in a small apartment with minimal storage space. There is hardly any noticeable dust with all Kaytee Clean & cozy bedding. No scent is the healthiest for hamsters. I cant comment on the absorbency or odor control as my hamster uses a sandbox for his toilet.

Absorbent, but won’t purchase again because of the massive amount of dust.

This is not as fluffy or as absorbent as the all white bedding by the same name. I will not be purchasing this again. Also the shipping took over a month.

This bag was not tightly-packed. The material was loose inside. It hardly expands at all, definitely not even close to 3x the size. I have gotten similar bags of bedding a dozen times and this is the worst by far. The last bag the same size just not the natural lasted 4 times as long. And this one does not do a good job absorbing pee, the plastic below was gross.

How when it gets wet from their drinking water it literally melts into a Slimy Goo it’s terrible bedding and I would not recommend it

Its very dusty in comparison to the same brand but it was a multi color one. Did not buy multi color from amazon like I did this brown one. I dont think I will be purchasing this product again online.

No scent, pigs loved it . Price is great
