So it did save up time in searching for it on our arrival. Now the only thing about this device is that it is not loud when at the airport. So you have to be right on it to hear the buzz. But it did let us know our bag was still in Miami when we were in Los Angeles. So we just let them know our bag was not there. Filled the forms out and it was delivered the next day. Saved us a lot of time waiting around.
