Kemys Canvas Duffle Bag Oversized Genuine Leather Weekend Bags for Men and Women

Let me start out by saying that customer service is extremely responsive to needs and inquiries (they are in China so mind the time difference when expecting a response). This bag is very well designed and makes the most out of the space, and although I have not used it on a trip yet, I have had others. First and foremost, I wanted a bag this time around with a separate shoes compartment. My past bags have had no separate area to put the shoes in, and although I have shoe holder sleeves, it’s not something I liked, which was mixing the shoes with my clothes. Now the bag itself is made with high quality zippers and each zipper had a leather tag. The bag has your typical zipper opening on top, and the side shoes compartment zipper. Then there are two other zippers, one that gives you access to additional storage on the side of the bag, and another zipper which gives you access to the entire inside of the bag area, so if you are in a crowded area you don’t need to open the top where people can see all your belongings. (This is really a great idea, which I haven’t seen on my previous bags). There is also a zipper on the rear of the bag (about 11 inches long) which again takes advantage of all possible space. The front of the bag has two additional pockets with leather button straps to keep them closed, and keep in mind, these are not just decorative, but can actually be used for small storage items like a cell phone or battery charger. The interior of the bag has two smaller pockets for electronics and one larger one on the opposite side for other needs. If packing right, no reason not to be able to get 2-3 days of clothing in this bag. The bag also comes with a detachable shoulder strap. I have to say this is a very good quality bag for the money and the only reason it is not perfect and I would not give it 5 stars is because with the use this bag will give someone over time, it would have been worth it for the company to have put some sort of metal buttons or feet on the bottom of the bag. That is my mistake as I assumed the bag would have feet. Most of the time when you’re placing the bag on the ground, all the material is going to be flush on the ground and this would help the wear and tear on the bag. It’s not enough to prevent me from buying the bag, but it would have been a good addition. Other than that, it definitely is a good bag that should give someone ease of packing and lots of enjoyment!

So far this thing has been amazing, took it on a trip to vegas and it fit in the overhead bin with the bag packed to the brim, and now during this review Im using it as a weekend bag visiting family for the holidays, zippers and materials are top notch, overall its a great bag worth every penny

I liked the shoe compartment and I loved how roomy it was. I was able to pack a full week of clothes with 2 paid of shoes and my toiletries and still have room.

I was originally looking at hard shell rolling carry-on luggage, but was impressed by the more rugged and traditional styling of this one. It arrived just as the pictures look, and has plenty of space. So much space that I was worried it wouldn’t fit into the overhead bin, but it did even on smaller aircraft. The shoe compartment is awesome and it has a couple of little pockets to store various small items like as cards and jewelry. The leather is of decent quality and the zippers feel durable. Most people think it cost much more than I actually paid!

This is a great size and shape, but I recommend ordering the darker leather style. The lighter style leather looks too new and bright. Doesnt go as well with the distressed gray of the cloth.

I needed a bag that would fit in the overhead for air travel, as my husband and I like to travel without checking baggage whenever possible. I struggle to pack lightly enough, and Im always telling him that the hard part for women is we need to bring several pairs of shoes, even for a short trip. Well, I was able to pack more than I actually wore for 5 days - no laundry - and 3 pairs of shoes in the compartment. So it fits way more than youd think, and fit easily into the overhead completely stuffed. Its very sturdy, heavy canvas and the stitching is strong. I believe it will last a long time and many trips.

I needed a good carry-on bag for a trip and this was perfect!

I recently ordered a few items for a four day trip to Chicago and it was probably the best thing I purchased for the trip. There plenty of space for a weekends worth of clothes. On the way back I purchased 3 hoodies as souvenirs and also put them into this duffle. I have no negative statements for this duffle. Even completely filled it easily fits in an overhead carry on storage, so your first flight purchased after you get it, it pays for itself, no check in fee. For my Chicago flight that would have been $60 round trip, cant beat that. On one four day trip I packed: 2 pair of jeans 2 long sleeved button ups 2 polo shirts 5 pair of Sox 5 pair of boxers 1 travel toiletry bag 1 Northface zip up It all fit, with room to spare. I placed my phone charger and portable power supply in one side pocket, 2 travel bottles of cologne and a can of pomade in the other. I travel quite frequently and this is one of the best duffles Ive owned.

I am actually a young woman who bought this bag because I wanted a duffle that would be very durable for road trips. I have found that women’s duffle bags just have hardly any outer storage compartments. I thought the size of this bag was perfect for my particular needs since I tend to travel light. There are 22 photos taken right after I opened the Amazon package. Included in the photos are standard sized (empty) plastic water bottles as a size reference for how wide the compartments are. Since I am petite and have very small shoes compared to a man, (women’s size 6) I instead used a very large college textbook to help show the size of the shoe compartment. This bag seems perfect sized for me for my week long trip. I am using packing cubes to fit all of my clothes to save space. I will post an updated review after I have used this bag to travel with. Purchased as a gift, the recipient was very pleased. I was happy with the size of the bag and weight of the fabric and leather. I would definitely give again or order for a family member.
