Greater than one weekThis railing matches closely to the original 43 year old wrought iron railings in my house. It was very easy to install. The railing is solid and the brackets set on the studs perfectly on a 4 step staircase. I used two #12 2.5 wood screws and .25 finishing washers and painted them with black spray paint before I hung the railing. This 3 handrail by Kenosha is very secure and looks great.
