In the 20 or so odd years Ive been building, making, remaking and hacking, I have used alot of junk solder. My life wouldve turned out much differently had I found Kester 63/37 back in the 90s. The remainder of my days will be fill with regret and perfect solder joints

Really not much to say other than Kester is my go-to choice for solder. It is excellent quality that consistently enables me to make perfect solder joints. Thank goodness we can still buy leaded solder!

Its night and day using this after using cheap junk solder. This stuff leaves nice shiny joints and Ive never had an easier time soldering. Highly recommended.

I suck at soldering. My hands are really shaky and I dont do it often enough to get the practice. I cant believe how much of a difference this made over the cheap stuff (which have thousands of 5 star reviews!) Id been using. It flows where I want it to go, very easy to use, low temp.. For years Ive been thinking about trying this, but the price compared to others is significant. I had tried a little tube of it awhile back and didnt like it at all. I didnt know I had brought the wrong type (the naming of various solders is a bit confusing) I finally broke down a few months ago and bought this. I was getting so frustrated soldering I started buying in stead of making. It is absolutely worth the price. Its not a miracle tho - I still suck at soldering, I just suck less now.

Solder is too important to try to save money on the cheap stuff. This roll will last me at least 10 years, so why shouldnt I pay a little extra for solder that I know will never let me down?
