First order came with parts cut to wrong size. Re-ordered and next order came with a pound of plastic shavings on all the parts. I was able to wash off but parts should have been cleaned before packaging. small shavings electrostatically cling to everything so very difficult to clean. beware of this manufacturer.

Works the way it supposed to work.

Went together in about 5 minutes each. I got 2 for the side of my hot tub and they look great. Seem like they will be waterproof I like that the top is one piece with the hinges built in. The colors are great and they look so much nicer than the plastic looking ones. The sides really look like real wood.

Love this deck box. Holds more than I thought it would and is totally watertight. Great for storing charcoal, birdseed, fire pit supplies and more.

The Keter Denali 30 gallon resin deck box was delivered missing the four side posts needed to assemble the product, which is absolutely inexplicable given that there is only a total of 10 plastic parts and it should have been obvious to whoever packaged the product that it was missing parts. The product cannot be assembled or used without these pieces. In addition, the product was covered with a plastic dust from the manufacturing process, which ended up all over my kitchen floor and my clothes. This plastic dust was a skin irritant and almost impossible to clean up. It is beyond the pale that Keter would send out a product that was incomplete and not even dusted off before being packaged. A company that is so careless as to not even perform basic quality control before shipping out the product is not a company I would ever do business with again. I am returning the defective and dirty product and will purchase from a more reputable manufacturer who seems to have basic respect for their customers and focus on quality control.

My box arrived with a cracked corner which prompted a return. Just as well because instructions were vague and it was apparent that assembly was going to be a minimum of a two person job and take a lot of guess work and trial and error. I reordered a better product from Amazon at a lower price.

NOW I understand why some reviews complained about the assembly and some did not. Some were lucky and some were not. The instructions certainly look easy BUT here is what is missing: the corner components are not the same on the ends, one has a groove and one is plain. That is not shown at all in the minimalistic drawings passed off as instructions. They can fit into the corner for either the base or the lid and you wont know you have it wrong until you get to the very final assembly of the lid. Before assembly I did attempt to contact the manufacturer but they were not available by phone (no answer) and their contact form did not accept my valid address (perhaps they are not in the US?).

I have it outside on my patio. Holds Pillows for my two chair and glider. Nice addition to my patio. Only negative was I could not put it together. I paid a neighbor and was glad to do it.
