I bought this as a present for my wife. after opening the package i discovered that many items were not included with the original purchase. items that had to be ordered and purchased separately included: water filters and filter holder for the water holding tank, a cleaning and descaling kit, and a K Cup reusable pod coffee filter. i would think that for the price charged for this coffee maker, some of these items could have been included with the original purchase. Im sure that there are other less expensive lower maintenance coffee makers on the market that produce coffee that comparable. I would not buy this product again.

Bought this for my new Keurig. The first time I used it, there were coffee grinds ALL OVER the pot, the coffee maker itself, and also IN THE COFFEE. Had to purchase paper filters anyway
