I have a lot of mechanical keyboards - almost all hot swappable ones - from GMMK, Keychron, Skyloong (Epomaker) etc and a lot of different switches that I like to use. The Keydous NJ 80 - Brass plate Pro Yellow - is by far the best keyboard under USD 250 in terms of the amazing typing experience. Its like cruising on clouds or buttery smooth. The feel and sound of this is AMAZING. This keyboard saved me - brought an end to my incessant keyboard buying spree. No other keyboard I have comes anywhere close (including the top of the line Keychron Q6 QMK). Absolutely unbelievable typing experience. I now understand what a really premium keyboard and typing and sound experience is like. At the price there is nothing that comes close to this. Unbelievable and incomparable keyboard at the time of this writing.

Previously owned the GMMK full size keyboard and wanted to downsize as well as get something wireless to clean up some of the clutter of a desktop setup. I have had this keyboard for a week and it has fantastic build quality, the sound is incredible out of the box, and I am extremely happy with the switches that I chose as well (TTC gold pink). No fatigue after extended periods of use and there is also no noticeable latency while playing fast paced FPS games. Overall cannot recommend this keyboard more highly. The only very small con is that I wish the software were slightly more user friendly, but it gets the job done for my remapping needs so no complaints as far as features. Would I buy again? Absolutely.

I ordered this because of the good reviews online but the seller sent me a lot mixed signals, he told me that they didnt have the milky yellows, they told me that it was going to go out with pro yellows and that i was going to get a slight refund, but it came with exactly what i ordered. On top of that it took more than a month to arrive so by the time it got here, i had already ordered a GMMK Pro. That being said, I was ready to hate it when it got here, I was planning to return it, but as I used it, this was really good right out of the box, way better than the gmmk with mods. The brass plate and the milky yellows together were silky smooth and thocky right out of the box. The only negative that I found was that i didnt like the keycaps that came with it (i got the grey XDA keyset). The shipping took ridiculously long but it was totally worth the wait.

Ive had this keyboard for over 6 months I think. Its a good looking keyboard and feels like pretty good quality. The RGB is stunning - I just wish it lit up the actual keys so I can see them in the dark. However, Ive run into some issues since purchasing it. The first issue I ran into was my alt key and windows key swapped, and I have no clue how to fix it. Its not due to my laptop, Ive checked multiple times. Ive tried looking it up and havent found anything helpful. This happened a few weeks after I purchased it. Not completely deal-breaking, its something I can live with it. But the next few issues has rendered this keyboard pretty much useless. The Bluetooth connection. It was working completely fine initially. However, after going on a two week vacation, I dont know what happened during that time, but it barely works now. My keyboard lags constantly, and especially when Im in game. Its a bit frustrating when Im playing and suddenly Im not able to move. Cost me my game. Second problem: the wired mode is also a bit glitchy as well. I dont have another cord to see if it works better with a different one, but the other issue alone have driven me a bit mad. The last problem is that its not writing smoothly and lags quite as well as some of the keys completely stop working, even as Im typing this review. All of this has been extremely frustrating. $150 for only 6 months of good use? Absolutely ridiculous...I hope no one else has come across any of these issues. Ive used to have a $20 keyboard that lasted me years...Hopefully it starts working again because Im at a loss for what to do now. UPDATE: Henry from customer support reached out right away after my review and provided excellent support! He was so helpful and patient, and happy to say that all my issues were resolved! Amazing keyboard for the price and the customer service from the vendor is top notch. Highly recommend this product to anyone interested in purchasing a mechanical keyboard.

I fell in love with this keyboard! I went with brass plate and gateron browns, everything feels so smooth and buttery. Great quality and exceeded my expectations.

Keyboard was working great but then began to have some connectivity issues. When in 2.4ghz mode, I notice there are some millisecond hangups. Very noticeable in a game when youre holding a key down, such as wasd to move and all of a sudden you stop. Its quite a pain and Im forced to directly connect it in order to fix the issue. Cannot seem to find a way to directly contact the seller here on Amazon.

I have had this keyboard for only 2 hours and I absolutely love it! It is so much better than my akko keyboards and sounds and feels absolutely amazing. I got the steel plate one with the gateron pro milky yellows. It also connects to devices in 3 different ways so you can connect it to multiple devices. I have it connected to my mac through bluetooth and my gaming computer through the wire. Makes my life so much easier now.

Very enjoyable to type. Sounds “thockey” out of the box. I’ve tried a few mechanical keyboards: 60% with clear switches, Logi MX mechanical, Keychron K2, and this one it the most enjoyable by far. By the way, I went with Gateron Pro Browns and brass plate.
